Sisters Care: A Respite-Care Program Provided by the Sisters of St. Joseph

Sisters Care is a respite-care program sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, Albany Province. Sisters Care meets the needs of the frail elderly and persons with disabilities who desire to live independently but who cannot afford private-pay agencies.

Sisters Care is a ministry rooted in the mission, spirit and tradition of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet. The program functions from the belief that every person is worthy of reverence throughout life.

The mission of Sisters Care is to assist persons, particularly low-income, frail and elderly individuals and those with disabilities to stay in their

homes.

Sisters Care provides services in the areas of companionship, transportation, homemaking and socialization.
